RICE RAISIN PUDDING 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Combine all ingredients and put in oven proof dish. Bake at 350 degrees until rice is tender and milk absorbed, about 1 hour. Stir frequently.
