NOODLE AND RAISIN PUDDING | |
1 pkg. wide egg noodles 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. sour cream 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese 1/2 c. golden raisins 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg Cook noodles; drain. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with noodles. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until golden brown, 40-50 minutes. |
