PINEAPPLE, BANANA, MARSHMALLOW
SALAD
 
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 cans pineapple tidbits
3-4 lg. bananas

Beat eggs and juice, add sugar, cornstarch and salt, mix. Cook over double boiler until thick and slightly clear. Add 1/2 package marshmallows, stir until melted. Cool partially. Add bananas, pineapple and remainder of marshmallows. Chill.
