PICKLED EGGS 
About 1 qt. cooked, peeled beets
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Few cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1 dozen eggs

Hard boil and peel eggs. Place in container. Add beets. Heat vinegar, sugar, and spices. Pour mixture over eggs and beets. Add enough water so all is covered. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
