PICKLED PEACHES 
1 pt. cider vinegar
1 c. water
3 c. sugar, could use a little less sugar
1/2 t. ground cloves
1/2 t. allspice
1 stick cinnamon

Bring juice to boil, add peaches that have been peeled, but left whole. Cook until peaches become tender. Pack into jars, cover with hot juice and seal. It takes about 1 peck of peaches.
