MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
3 c. cauliflower flowerets
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. commercial Italian salad dressing

Combine the above ingredients, tossing well. Cover and chill 2 hours.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried whole dill weed
