GRANDMA'S FRESH APPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. coarsely chopped apples

Mix together dry ingredients. Stir remaining ingredients (except apples) into dry mixture. Batter will be very thick. Stir in apples; mix well. Pour batter into an ungreased tube or Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
