1/2 c. liquid butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and egg. Add the flour, orange juice and baking powder, and mix until dough is workable but not sticky. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut into shapes.

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F until lightly browned.
