1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Form into 6 patties. Roll in flour. Brown in fat. Place in baking dish. Cover with mushroom soup. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
