SAN DIEGO MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. bottle Italian dressing
Sliced raw onion
Bay leaf

Place clean mushrooms in a large wide mouth jar. Pour Italian dressing over mushrooms, enough to cover. Add onions and bay leaf if desired. Refrigerate. Invert jar every 12 hours for 48 hours. Serves 8.
