ROYAL CHOCOLATE ECLIPSE 
1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. Royal chocolate pudding
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Planter's Southern Belle walnuts, crushed
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Vanilla ice cream

In a saucepan, combine the Royal chocolate pudding, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the milk, stirring continuously; continue stirring until you have a smooth mix. Cook according to the package instructions. Remove from the heat. Stir in the walnuts and the molasses. Cool for 5 minutes, stirring it occasionally. Stir in the vanilla. Serve it either warmed or chilled. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream over each serving. Makes 5 to 7 servings.
