PARTY PEACH SLAW 
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1 (29 oz.) can cling peaches, sliced, drained thoroughly
8 c. coarsely grated cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine cabbage, onion and 1 teaspoon salt; fold in cling peaches and chill.

For dressing, mix sugar, mustard and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add half the oil and beat thoroughly. Alternately add vinegar and remaining oil, continuing to beat vigorously. Stir in parsley and celery seed and chill 1 hour before using. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing before serving.
