HAWAIIAN CRUNCH 
3 c. honey graham crackers
1 c. salted peanuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. dried banana chips
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. popped popcorn
1 c. flaked coconut

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix cereal, peanuts, raisins, and banana chips in jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Heat butter and honey in 1 quart saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cinnamon and salt. Pour over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Bake 10 minutes, stirring once. Stir in popcorn and coconut. Sprinkle with additional salt if desired. Store in airtight container. About 10 cup snack.
