HERB MARINATED SWORDFISH 
2 lb. swordfish steaks
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp. crushed garlic
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dill weed
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except fish. Put fish in shallow baking dish and pour marinate over fish. Prick all over with a fork. Marinate for 1-3 hours, turning several times. Barbeque over hot grill for approximately 3 minutes per side.
