LEMON SOY SWORDFISH 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. salad oil
8 sm. swordfish steaks
Lemon wedges & parsley sprigs

Combine first 6 ingredients. Place steaks in shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Prick fish thoroughly with fork. Turn fish occasionally, pricking again. Marinade 1 to 3 hours.

Broil or grill fish 5 to 6 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade often. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
