CHINESE SPAGHETTI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, cut in 2" pieces
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 head of broccoli, cut up
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Get water ready for preparing the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Over medium heat in a large skillet or Wok, cook the vegetables in oil, stirring frequently until tender-crisp. Stir in prepared spaghetti; add soy sauce and red pepper. Toss and serve immediately. Serves 6.
