“ASPARAGUS CRACKER SPREAD” IS IN:

ASPARAGUS CRACKER SPREAD 
10 to 12 fresh asparagus
2 large minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 cup mayonaiise
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
salt, to taste

Snap off tough ends of asparagus and steam asparagus until tender and still green.

Blenderize all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Serve on crackers or toast

Makes 10 to 12 servings.

Variation: If you would like to turn this into a soup, add some milk or half & half. It can be served hot or cold.
