CRANBERRY SALAD 
This recipe has been handed down many generations in my family.

2 (3 oz. ea.) boxes strawberry/banana jello
1 pkg. cranberries
1 apple
1 orange
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 cup finely diced celery
chopped nuts

In food processor, finely chop cranberries, apple and orange (peeling too). Fold in sugar, pineapple, diced celery and nuts. Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add fruit mixture and let set.
