MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1/3 lb. sharp cheese, cut up
1 c. chopped onions
3 green peppers, cut in strips
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans

Form small meatballs, brown in oven on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until meat loses color. Drain kidney beans. Cut up cheese. Cut and chop onions and green peppers into strips. Take meat balls from pan. Put in onions and pepper. Let simmer until soft, add tomato sauce. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Put kidney beans in bottom of casserole. Spread cut up cheese over beans. Pour the hot mixture over this, put meatballs on top. Refrigerate. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
