MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
8 to 10 soda crackers
2 eggs
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Potatoes
Celery
Onions
Carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Mix together all the above ingredients except the vegetables. Form meat balls, brown in pan. Place meat balls in bottom of a casserole dish. Cover with the above vegetables, cut in large cubes.

Mix the cream of mushroom soup with 1 can water. Heat and pour over meat and vegetables.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees one hour.
