BEST CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkgs. yeast (quick rise is best)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
5 1/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water for about 3 minutes. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt. Beat with beater until bubbles appear. Add about 5 1/4 cups flour slowly. (Add more flour if too sticky to work, about 3/4 cup). Stir with spoon, making a soft dough.

Knead on a board for about 5 minutes. Let rise until double. Roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up as jelly roll and stretch; cut.

Place each cinnamon roll on a greased pan. Allow to rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar frosting while hot.
