SANDWICH ROLLS 
1 env. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
Butter, to taste
4 c. Bisquick mix

In large bowl, mix softened yeast (in 1 cup warm water); add sugar and 1/2 of biscuit mix. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add remaining biscuit mix and blend with spoon. Cover dough for 30 minutes in warm place. Stir down by beating 25 strokes. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

With floured fingers, flatten the mounds in rounds about 1/2" thick. Let rise for 40 minutes. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. While hot, brush with butter.
