PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa or carob powder
3/4 c. peanut butter

Mix all ingredients well. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze 10 to 15 minutes. Cut and serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
