SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. loin pork, cubed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sliced onions
2 tbsp. fat
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. green pepper
Pineapple chunks

Brown pork, add water and simmer for one hour. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Add to pork and let stand 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
