MINT LAYER: 2 c. powdered sugar 4 tbsp. butter Cream or milk Green food coloring Peppermint extract CHOCOLATE FROSTING: 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sugar Salt to taste Combine and boil 1 1/2 minutes. Then beat until creamy enough to spread. |
