MINT BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
Nuts (optional)
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup (16 oz.)

Use 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

MINT LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
Cream or milk
Green food coloring
Peppermint extract

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
Salt to taste

Combine and boil 1 1/2 minutes. Then beat until creamy enough to spread.
