FRENCH CREAM MINT BROWNIES 
Part 1 (Crust):

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Hershey's syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream sugar and butter; blend in eggs, chocolate, flour and baking powder. Put into greased jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Chill.

Part 2 (Filling):

1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. mint extract
2 to 3 drops green food coloring
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream 1/2 cup butter and sugar together. Blend in milk, extract and food coloring. Spread evenly over crust. Refrigerate until firm. Melt 1/2 cup butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over chilled filling. Refrigerate until hard.
