MOM'S PUMPKIN CAKE | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2 c. pumpkin 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Combine eggs, sugar, butter and pumpkin. Blend well. Add the rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Frosting is made with powdered sugar, a little melted butter and coffee to moisten. Cream these until smooth and spread over cooled cake and top with chopped nuts. |
