SWEET AND SOUR GREEN BEANS 
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
#303 can French style green beans
2 tbsp. bacon bits or crumbled bacon

Put vinegar, oil, butter and sugar in glass measuring cup or small bowl; microwave 1/2 minute to boiling. Drain green beans and put into small casserole dish that was sprayed with Pam. Add hot vinegar mixture and top with bacon bits. Microwave covered 4 to 5 minutes. Serve hot. Can be made ahead of time, refrigerated and microwaved before serving. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
