SWEET AND SOUR GREEN BEANS 
1 or 2 med. onions, sliced thin
2 cans green beans
1/2 c. vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
6 to 8 slices bacon, fried

Fry bacon. Save some drippings to mix with vinegar and sugar. Drain green beans and add to mixture along with sliced onions (in rings). Sprinkle on bacon. Marinate 6-12 hours before baking at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
