BROWNED POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
12 med. baking potatoes (about 3 1/2 lbs.)
Salt
1/2 c. chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pare potatoes; roll in melted butter to coat well. Sprinkle with salt. Bake uncovered one hour. Remove pan from oven; turn potatoes, add broth. Bake one hour longer, turning often. Serves 8.
