AUNT GIZ' (ISABEL) CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
4 oz. pkg. or jar Armour Dried Beef
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Grease or spray with Pam a 9x13 baking dish. Tuck 2 to 3 slices of dried beef inside each chicken breast. Arrange chicken breast in baking dish.

Mix soup and sour cream together; spread over meat. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered.
