PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage or hamburger
1/2 sm. box elbow macaroni
1 sm. can mushrooms
Dash chili powder
Dash garlic powder and Italian seasoning (optional)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 lg. onion, diced
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 green pepper, diced

Cook macaroni; place in casserole dish. In skillet, medium heat, cook meat, green pepper, onion and mushrooms until done. Stir in tomatoes with liquid and 1/2 of shredded cheese. Spoon meat mixture in baking dish with macaroni; toss gently to mix. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
