2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1 c. crushed and drained pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 c. flour
Raisins (optional)

Mix first 4 ingredients well and add the rest. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
