8 oz. Neufchatel cheese or cream cheese
8 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. half and half (milk can be substituted)
salt and pepper to taste

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix together cream cheese, Blue cheese, mayonnaise and Worcestershire. Slowly add half and half. Mixture will be thin but will thicken when chilled.
