BLUE CHEESE COTTAGE DIP 
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. cream

Beat cottage cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. More cream may be added for thinner dip. Refrigerate to blend the flavors and serve chilled.
