BBQ - SCALLOPED POTATOES 
12 lg. potatoes, sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
4 tbsp. flour
1 lb. American cheese
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
4 1/2 c. milk, scalded
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
4 tbsp. chopped parsley

Put 1/2 potatoes and onions in large pan or small roaster. Sprinkle with 1/2 flour. Add 1/2 the butter, cheese, and salt. Make next layer the same way. Combine milk, ketchup, and Tabasco sauce. Pour over. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Good for potluck.
