PEANUT BUTTER SOUP 
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. tomato juice

Cook onion in butter until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings. Blend in peanut butter, then milk and stir until thickened. Add tomato juice and bring to boil. Serve hot. Serves 4.
