C.'S PEANUT BUTTER SOUP | |
2 tbsp. minced onions 2 tbsp. butter 8 tbsp. peanut butter 2 tbsp. flour 2 cans chicken stock 1 c. milk Pepper 1/2 c. heavy cream Brown onions in butter. Add the peanut butter. Add flour slowly and stir in milk and chicken stock. Add pepper. Simmer about 30 minutes. Keep stirring until smooth. Add heavy cream. Heat just to warm cream. Serves 4-6. |
