HONEY RIPPLES (Dipless) | |
2 c. sifted flour 2 egg yolks 1 whole egg 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. cognac Ground walnuts Cinnamon Vegetable oil for frying Combine flour, eggs, sugar and cognac. Knead until firm. On floured board, roll out dough until thin. Cut in 3x5 inch strips and tie in knots. Deep fry in hot vegetable oil until slightly golden. Drain on paper toweling. |
