SAUSAGE-CHEESE BRUNCH DISH 
1 lb. good-grade bulk sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit mix

Spread sausage in dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake for about 30 minutes, until slightly set and light golden brown. Cut in squares to serve. Makes 8-10 servings.
