VEGETABLE-CHEESE DISH 
1 (16 oz.) bag California Blend vegetables, thawed and drained
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can fried onion rings

Combine all, but 1/4 of cheese and onion rings. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onion ring on top. Bake 5 minutes longer.
