TOMATO HOT SAUCE 
1 gal. ripe tomatoes, peeled
1/2 c. vinegar
2 lg. onions, chopped
5 lg. jalapeno peppers
3 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar

Cook about one hour or until onion looks clear. Stir often to avoid scorching.
