1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. salad oil (safflower preferred)
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. onion juice

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and vinegar alternately, using a wire whisk. Add onion juice. Beat until thick. Great served on fruit, or avocado and lettuce salad with lamb.
