CASSEROLE, ENCHILADA | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 lb. cheese, grated 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can enchilada sauce 1 pkg. cornmeal tortillas Brown meat. Add onion and garlic. Let cook until onion is clear. Add other ingredients, except cheese, and simmer 1/2 hour. In casserole, tear tortillas in fourths and arrange. Add part of cooked mixture. Repeat. Top with grated cheese and place in 350 degree oven until bubbly and cheese is melted. |
