2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flake coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in blender except coconut. Blend for 3 minutes on low speed. Pour into greased 9 inch deep pie dish. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve cool or warm.
