10 DAY COLD CABBAGE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage (8 c.)
1 sm. onion, grated
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. sugar (or less)
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. salt

Mix all well! Put in covered container and refrigerate.
