BEEF BRISKET 
1 (5 lb.) beef brisket
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Lay out (2) large pieces of aluminum foil approximately 2 feet long each. Lay them across one another (criss cross). Spread 1/2 can mushroom soup on foil in center. Place meat on top. Sprinkle onion soup and remainder of mushroom soup. Wrap meat tightly with foil. Place in a shallow pan. Pour approximately 1 cup of water in pan. Bake 350 degrees for 5 hours, adding water as needed. Soups will make up gravy.
