PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flour
2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 c. water
2 bell pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce

Cut steak into 1/2" x 2" strips; sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in hot oil in skillet. When meat is browned on all sides, add onions; stir until color changes. Add liquid from canned tomatoes. Add water; simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Add tomatoes, peppers, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and additional salt and pepper, if needed. Simmer an additional 20 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
