PEPPER STEAK 
Round steak
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce
3-4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. rice
3 c. water

Melt butter, cut steak into 1/2" strips. Cook until tender. Add peppers, onion, mushrooms, soy sauce, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until tender. Heat water until boiling. Add rice, reduce heat and cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Top with meat mixture.
