CHICKEN AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 med. size white potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Pepper (to taste)
2 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. milk

Place layers of potatoes in greased square baking dish. Top with chicken, then onion. Combine soup and milk, and pour over potatoes in baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes.
